Welcome To John Heimerl LLC

I am a hardworking honest guy that cares about saving you money using green concepts and providing a safe home to junior hockey players that are pursuing their dream of playing college hockey.

I am a hockey fanatic and attend most home and away JV/V games of the Roseville Boys Hockey Team.  I am also an experienced professional with over 25 years experience supporting such notable companies as 3M, Ecolab, The Dow Chemical Company, Larex, Stylmark, and most recently Target Corporation.  I have a B.A. in Chemistry and an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems.  On June 8th, 2010, I passed the accreditation exam to become a LEED Green Associate (LEED - Leadership in Engineering and Environmental Design through the US Green Building Council - USGBC).  I am an active member of the MN chapter of the USGBC.

I have practical experience in reducing energy demand in the home setting.  I have reduced my annual utility bill (gas and electric combined) for my 1400 square foot home from $1400 in 2008 to under $900 in 2010.  As a local homeowner I can help you to lower your utility bills, and further your green efforts.

In August 2012, John Heimerl LLC expanded its company scope to include providing a Billet Home to junior hockey players associated with the NA3HL and playing for the Twin Cities Steel.  In the first season of offering this service, John Heimerl LLC housed three out-of-state teenage players within a 15-minute drive to their home arena in Vadnais Heights.  In addition to providing a safe and supportive atmosphere for the young men to mature and develop their hockey skills, John Heimerl LLC provided all home meals, onsite laundry facilities, furnished bedrooms, off-street garage parking, cable TV, and high speed wireless internet.  John Heimerl attended 16 of the 20 home games played by the Steel in the 2012/2013 season.  John Heimerl LLC is planning to build on the success of the program for the 2013/2014 season by encouraging the players to complete general online college credits in addition to their daily hockey/workout routine.
